pain and suffering it feels good only because it suffocates the pain of the heart but its not an answer the answer lays on the strength you have inside.

My heart is in pain but I would never be able to cause myself pain.
but sometimes I wonder if I really like the pain in my heart and that is why I never leave the pain alone...

I don't know why but I know that I will find out eventually what I should do...
